Presentedis a great solid silver Dresser, Jewelry or Powder box with a detailed peony floralchased motif. This beautiful round box with a slip on lid has a mark on thebottom of DAG and a French import mark on the rim edge of lid and basin. Itcloses well with a tight fit and has a detailed peony design around the top andbottom with only minor dings in the bottom and and only a few minor scratchesfrom gentle use and care. It is a beautiful piece for the collector of silver anddresser items and makes a great fine jewelry gift or keep-sake box.
