We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, returns for a full refund, less the original shipping charges, are accepted within 30 days of delivery date for items that have not been used, worn, or altered.

• Securely repack and seal the package, affix the printed shipping label, and return it using either UPS or the United States Post Office. Your label is pre-paid and they will accept your package and ship it out without any other steps
• Our UPS label is FREE for damaged or defective items
• $8 per package shipping cost will be deducted from your refund for all standard returns (unwanted, undamaged)
• $25 per package shipping cost will be deducted from your refund for return shipments weighing 20 pounds or more
