This is a COPY of an Original Blank StandardLate Civil War \"To Whom it May Concern\" Discharge Certificate Form - A.G.O. No.99 - both the Obverse and Reverse (Oath of Identity) , on heavy cream stock paper that I had made up a number of years ago from an original Blank form that was folded up in a copy of U.S. Army revised regulations 1863. I had a number ofVeteran NSSAShooters and Civil War Living History friends who wanted to record their\"enlistments\" in their various units over the years. I put these away and recently came acrossthem and thought that there may be others who would want them for framing somewhere on their walls.
