The 17 range was introduced in 1962 and manufactured until 1972 This particular pen dates from 1964 through about 1972.Nib: 14 KT Gold. Not marked but I would estimate as a MEDIUM.Nib Markings: Non.Barrel Color: Black with Silver clutch ring and Gold and Black TassieBarrel Markings: PARKER \"17\", MADE IN ENGLAND, PARKER LOGO.Cap Color: Black with GoldArrow clip and wide band gold cap ring Gold and Black Jewel.Cap Threads: Push fit.Jewels: Two, Black.Capped Measurement:5 1/4\".Posted Measurement: 55/8\".Filling System: This is aerometericfill and it works just fine.Any Issues: Tiny chip on Cap jewel, otherwise nothing to the best of my knowledge.Service/Restoration Details: The pen has been flushed of old ink, the nib and section cleaned and the whole pen polished and tested for functionality.Other Comments:A lovely example of a Super Duofold 17. It retains all the original parts with the possible exception of a new ink sac, it will have no dents, no gouges and no cracks.
