This button was an advertising item produced for the successful Grover Cleveland (1857-1908) political campaign for President of the United States. Thurman was the candidate for Vice President. Cleveland served 2 terms: 22nd President (1885-1889) and 24th (1893-1897). This small cuff sized gilt button remains as a relic of that election 132 years ago. This survivor is in great condition and will be a great addition to any political button collection.
