This antique Draw Knife is marked Corsan Denton Burdekin & Co. Cast Steel. The Corsan part is barely readable. It measures approx. 17 3/4 inches from the outside edge of one wood handle to another. The sharp blade is approx. 11 inches long. It is well used with paint spots, rust, rust pitting, stains, scratches, missing one end of wood handle cap, small wood chips, hard to read markings and much wear in good usable as is pictured condition. On a search I found \"Corsan, Denton and Burdekin were located in Sheffield and were in business from 1852 to 1862. William Corsan authored a book titled Two months in the Confederate States which is basically about his promoting his knives in America.\" It is sold as is pictured. I rubbed lemon oil for wood into the handles. U.S. shipping offerding only.
