Up for adoption is a crystal vase with a The Georg Jensen Collection sticker on it. Not sure if the sticker means it was made by the Georg Jensen factory in Denmark. Georg Jensen was a silversmith born in the late 1880s who designed a few crystal pieces during his life, but not many. It is a small, but heavy flower vase. It rings when you flick it with your finger. It is in good condition with no cracks or cloudiness. It does have 2 tiny fleabite flakes. See last 2 photos. This heavy vase is 6inches tall, 2.25 inches in diameter, 1/4 inch thick, and weighs 2 pounds.Georg Jensen and his buddies were silversmiths in the late 1890s through early 1930s when he died. Not sure when his company got into crystal.Carefully examine each photo and use the zoom feature for close-ups. Ask any questions before offerding.
