Description:Antique rare Royal Doulton England Dutch Harlem series chinacup & saucer, featuring figural men, women, children, boats & windmills in Holland.Thecupmeasures approximately 2 1/8inches tall, & 3 1/4 inchesacross the rim, & the plate approximately 5 3/8 inches wide. Both pieces are marked on the bottoms with Royal Doulton hallmarks that should date them to between 1902 - 1956, copyright & their model numbers in red.Thecup & saucer are both ingood antique estate condition as follows;NO CHIPS OR REPAIRS. THERE IS SCRATCHING & WEAR CONSISTENT WITH THE AGE OF THE PIECES. I HAVE EXAMINED BOTH PIECES UNDER A BLACK LIGHT. THERE IS A SMALL HAIRLINE ON THE SAUCER MEASURING APPROXIMATELY ONE INCH STARTING AT THE END OF THE RIM & A SMALL HAIRLINE ON THE CUP WHICH MEASURES APPROXIMATELY 1/2 INCH FROM THE TOP RIM DOWN. NEITHER OF THESE AFFECT THE INTEGRITY OF THE PIECES & I DID NOT NOTICE THEM UNTIL I EXAMINED THEM UNDER THE BLACK LIGHT.
