This thick wall, super strong aluminum container is great for less weight and Not rusting, built by a professional contractor, he spent a year and half working on it for his personal use and invested $28,000 in the build.
This container home has never been lived in and was complete in 2015.Very rare 48ft long with about 400 sq. feet and taller 9ft ceilings.Full kitchen, full bathroom, laundry, bedroom with closet and living room with a fireplace.All copper electrical with retractable cord to plug in and propane gas connections, 20 gallon water heater, full size bathtub / shower, washer / dryer hookups, dual pane windows, wood laminate flooring, AC unit, foam insulation and radiant barrier.The AC is a 10,000 BTU portable and the home is also wired for 2 wall units if more is desired, the fireplace is also an electric heater which can be turned on for heat.Container is all aluminum except for the 4 corner posts which are steel.Ceilings have 1 inch foam plus reflective radiant barrier

The counter top appears slightly misaligned because it could use a countertop bracket to better close the gap at the joint.4. The bracing is the original because the cuts were done in between the perlans5. The lighting and electrical sockets are all standard copper romex. 14, 12 and 10 gauge.6. The space for the frig holds a full size standard frig (30 to 36 inches wide)7. Under the sinks are standard plastic p-trap drains which are typically found in homes and offices.
