Returns must be requested within 14 days after the postmarked shipping date on your package / envelope. Postmarked date is the shipping date the Post Office stamped on the envelope/package that we ship your item to you. I have this postmarked date listed in my shipping logs for reference if needed. Please do not ship your item back to me until you receive a confirmation on a return from me. Your item also needs to be in the original condition when it was shipped to you for me to issue a full refund. You the buyer are responsible for the cost to return the item back to me.
