Custom Sterling Silver(925) by famous Argentina silversmith Juan C. Pallarols. Juan C. Pallarols descended from a long line of prestigious Catalan silversmiths. He is training his two sons to become the seventh generation of Pallarols in the trade. His own creations, he says are in the hands of King Juan Carlos of Spain and President Francois Mitterrand of France, and are often selected by the Argentine Government as official gifts to foreign dignitaries. I believe the glue residue under the lid held the plaque identifying the person gifted. There are no engravings on the humidor and one could easily re-gift by having a plaque made and covering the old glue spot under the lid(or simply remove the glue residue). Comes with a very nice presentation Box that does have some light rub marks and scraps(see pictures). Size of humidor exterior is 9.12inches wide 6.25inches back to front and 2.45inches tall. Interior is 7.5 inches wide 4.55inches back to front and 1.25inches deep. It is designed to only hold 5 or 6 cigars under 7.5 inches in length. It weights approximately 1 Pound. I can not give you weight of silver without taking it apart.
