It\'s the last of a set sadly, but maybe it can \"rejoin\" others simular in your home. It\'s most likely made in Japan by Napco, Norcrest or Lefton measuring about 7\" x 6\" x 1.25\". Adorable animated face reminiscent of the Disney birds in Snow White or Cinderella feature length movies.
