You can use a CZ 75 COMPACT magazine and slide this 3D printed Grip Adapter over so your pinky has a place to be.

This does not increase the capacity, it will not work with RAMI magazines. This was designed to make your grip more comfortable in combination with a full sized magazine you already own or are purchasing.
