style=\"text-decoration:none\" height=\"23px\" valign=\"middle\" face=\"arial\" are very excited to offer this absolutely exquisitehandcrafted sterling box. this stunning piece is wood-lined and is a solid, quality piece. it features incredible detailing from the footing to the handle on the top. this has a lot of the similarities of a georg jensen style piece, but it doesn\'t have his stamp. this magnificent piece measures 8\" long, 3 1/2\" wide, and 1\" deep and weighs a whopping 386 grams. there are a couple of dings on the lid (see pics) but the lid still sits flush on the base. this would be an easy fix for any jeweler if you wanted to straighten it out. the rest of the box is in remarkable condition including the wood lining. as it sits, it\'s very impressive and would look absolutely brilliantwherever you display it. don\'t miss out on this rare opportunity to own such a fabulous piece of workmanship. thisrare piece comes from the estate of a prominent chinese-american. \"he was the first texan of chinese descent toserve in the texaslegislature when he was elected to the house of representatives frombexar county. he was also the first officer of chinese descent in the united states navy.\" this information was obtained from an article written in 1981 entitled \"chinese texans\", which was published by the university of texas institute of texan cultures at san antonio. we\'re not sure of the exact date it was manufactured or artist. please pay close attention to the pics for a better, detailed description.we do our best to describe our items and we\'re always happy toanswer questions. please check our response, you will not be disappointed with this purchase. thanks for looking and good luck offerding!
