This is a dull, clean, very shiny blade item with a ceramic Piece of Matzo on the top.
I don\'t know the metal content but it is very nicely weighted and has lovely, clean grooves.
Blade shows like grey in the picture, but it\'s not gray.... it\'s very shiny silver.
Fun for table presentation, perhaps in some cream cheese or useful as a crumb scraper.
