Brand New and Not so easy to find. Can\'t call it brand new in package since I opened it, but that was only to make sure there was no damage, which there isn\'t.
Todd and Margo\'s House from the Department 56 National Lampoon\'s Christmas Vacation-Griswold\'s Holiday Collection.All original packaging! Taken out of the box for these photos only. Cardboard sleeve wrapped around the styrofoam shell that holds the house has some slight tearing on the edges (see photos) Otherwise in perfect working and cosmetic order. Includes original paperwork. The house you see is the house you\'ll get!
