Description
This charming frock dates from the 1930s and is made of a gorgeous royal purple silk velvet. It is high necked and has a seductive back vent. The sleeves are full and shirred and there is a very wide collar that is also shirred. The gown is cut on the bias so it clings to the body. It has an unusual opening with snaps that curve around the back. The matching belt has a wonderful rhinestone buckle and it also comes with a dinky hat. In very good condition overall, there is a bit of spotting to the velvet here and there from storage. In clean, wearable condition.

Bust: Up to 38\"
Waist: Up to 26\"
Hips: Up to 36\"
Shoulder to shoulder seam: 13 1/2\"
Length when hanging (top of the shoulder to hem): 60\" This measurement will shrink when worn as the fabric is cut on the bias. Our model is 5\' 2\" wearing three inch heels.
