In the Zuni culture the dragonfly serves as a messenger, between this world and the next. Darryl Dean Begay is not Zuni, but this award-winning Navajo artist has definitely captured the majestic creature beautifully. The wide tufa carved silver cuff is filled with three dragonflies. Each has been decorated with a collectible piece of American blue stone. The middle flier has a stunning piece of Timberline Turquoise, one beautiful piece of blue and black Number Eight Turquoise decorates a side flier, and the other side is another Nevada legend, Lone Mountain Turquoise. Darryl is a master at bringing incredible detail out of the tufa stone, everything is perfect on this bracelet.
