David Pelbam (1932-2004) was best known for his paintings of Rabbis and Sea Captains. He resided in Rhode Island. This oil on board painting is an original of his and dates circa 1950\'s. It is in its original 12 x 14 inch frame. Condition is very good with some tiny specks on the jacket. (visible in the photos)
