Wonderful Debbee Thibault little girl dressed in a red polka-dot dress with blue polka-dot sleeves. She has a cylinder, polka dot red hat with a cotton wick emerging from gold point. Her arms have wicks at ends of sleeves. She is holding a string of firecrackers(?). She wears a red, blue and gold heart pendant at her chest and high black boots on her feet. Bottom reads: \"Debbee Thibault 325/1000\" and stands approximately 8 1/2\" high. She is in mint condition.
