We offer a full 30 day 100% return policy on items that are not accurately described.
No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). To obtain a RMA, contact us. You may choose between an exchange of a like item or refund. If you choose a refund Rock-N-Roll Warehouse reserves the right to charge a 20% percent restocking fee, initial shipping costs incurred and yours to return the item will not be reimbursed.
