sale is for one new Department 56 lighted Christmas Vacation National Lampoon\'s Griswold Holiday House. The house is still sealed in the Styrofoam from the day it was made, if the winner of the sale would like me to open and inspect for any damage before shipping I will gladly do so. If the winner decides to not have me open to inspect prior to shipping I will offer absolutely no refunds at all. The outside box is faded and has large rip on front side which I took a picture of.
