Department 56 Snow Village - Holy Spirit Church and the sign with the brass plate. This is piece is in good working condition. There is a condition issue with the top of the building where the cross sets in, it has broken off a bit, and the cross won\'t set in. The cross is included though. Also, there is a small chip near the tree on the left side of the entrance of the church. We have included photos of both of these issues. This item is in the original styrofoam and cardboard sleeve. The box this is in is 12 x 12 x 8 1/2, so the shipping box will be 14 x 14 x 10. More expensive.
This is from a smoke free and pet free Environment. We are selling all our collections as we have downsized to a smaller home and no longer have room for our beautiful displays.
