This is a wonderful piece from the movie, A Christmas Story.
I have taken pictures of all sides so you can see it is perfect. There is absolutely no damage anywhere. It was still in the box, but I opened it to take pictures. Absolutely new and ready to be used by you!!
I have several of the buildings and figurines from a Christmas Story. A neighbor of mine, whose wife passed away a few years ago had tried to collect all the pieces. She passed away and he has finally decided to part with them. She only displayed a couple houses and a couple figures. All of the other pieces were stored in larger boxes and had never been out of the boxes until now so I could take pictures. There are some pieces on listed as pieces from a Christmas Story, however, some are not or are from another maker, not Dept 56. Be sure you are getting genuine pieces. This piece does come with the box and was never displayed.
