Up at sale is a set of two Department 56 houses from Christmas in the City. One is the Pickford Place and the other one is the Beekman House. Both are in great condition. They are missing their little light fixture on the front. Not noticeable. Both have their light cords. Both are handpainted porcelain. Further details:
Beekman House is retired. Issued December 1995 and retired in December 1998, Size is approximately 4\" x 3\" 10.5\", Set of 2 Brownstones on the Square, Item #58877 (I have noticed that the balcony rails are not present for this building. Pickford House is retired. Issued December 1995 and retired in December 1998, Size is aproximately 6\" x 7\" x 10\", Set of 2 Brownstones on the Square, Item #58879
