Excellent condition in original box (also excellent); no chips, breaks, etc.This appears to need a new power cord to operate the animated scene and the lights. I tried it with a regular light cord and the building lit up properly. The cord that I had did not have the attachment to test the animation.See photos for clarification of condition.
