With an upcoming move to a new (and smaller) home, it\'s time to start thinning out the Department 56 Collection.
All items listed are from my own collection either purchased new at retail or used from . Unless otherwise noted in the pictures or item details below, this and other Department 56 items for sale are in excellent used condition. They have all been at one time or another on display in a rather elaborate, room sized setup I would put together once every few years. Please check the details below as I have graded each part of the item separately to give you a better idea of what (if anything) is in less than excellent condition. Please carefully view all the photos as they are part of the description and intended to help you determine the item\'s condition.
If it weren\'t for the extra wire needed to make the radio tower light work (it does) I would have just substituted another Dept. 56 light.
I\'ve showed the light on. When insterting into the building it sometimes works and sometimes goes out.

My goal is to get everything shipped to you safely and for the lowest cost. That may mean two separate boxes are cheaper than the \'large package\' rate.
- Speaking of shipping - we\'ve all become accustomed to Amazon\'s super quick shipping but I\'m not Amazon and this is not my full time job. I\'ve listed the handling time as two days and I will try to get the package out the door within one. Please don\'t forget to factor in the transit time with the Post Office or FedEx. If this is a concern for you, please do not offer. Really. I\'d rather lose a sale than join the growing number of sellers getting neutrals and even negatives related to shipping time, most of which is not in the sellers control.
