This special edition Department 56 North Pole Series was in perfect condition until I got it out of the box to take the picture and proceeded to break the weather vane on the top. It still can be inserted in the roof of the building but I broke the small gold ball off the bottom. Take advantage of my mistake by getting a great deal on it! This is in the original packaging and has been taken out of the box once! Original price of 75.00 still on the box.
