They won\'t work in 3 Volt cords not purchased from Dept 56

This bulb DOES NOT work in the #99028 Dept 56 Single Light Cord, #52835 Dept 56 Triple Socket Light Cord, #53039 Replacement Auxiliary Light Cord and #99279 Six Socket Light Cord.

These bulbs only work in Dept 56 3 Volt Cords - typically they have a pin end to them (they do not plug into a wall) or are used in a piece that has an adapter that plugs into the wall, a male/female end to plug into the building and a socket for the 3 Volt Bulb

Beware cords may look very similar in nature...using the wrong cord may cause the bulb to blow or not properly function!

If you purchased Dept 56 buildings from an sale, Flea Market, Tag Sale, Estate Sale or thru another secondary means....beware though buildings may have cords with them...they may not be Dept 56 Cords and thus these bulbs may not work!

All bulbs are tested at the factory. And as they come from the Dept 56 Factory to us to you, we do not accept returns for \"non-working bulbs\". If you receive them broken, we will file an insurance claim with USPS. They may request to see the box, packaging and broken bulbs. All precautions such as bubble wrapping and using styrofoam peanuts inside the shipping box are used to protect them in shipping.
