Dept 56 Original Snow Village Farm House #5089-0 marked 1987 incised in mold on bottom, paper tag dated 1988. Great Holiday display. Some collectors dress these houses up for other holidays such as Halloween to make a haunted house (you just add your own mini props over the wreaths etc).

Condition:No hang tag.Thin cardboard outer box sleevewas taped at the seam, showsshelf wear, creases, wear to the edges as shown. Farmhouse has a stress crack from mold release under the tree between the two mold holes. I know this because the line is glazed over on the bottom but continues through the unglazed & glazed area up the side corner. Tight and not a display problem. Comes with new clip in cord. Retired building.

Note: Anyone who avidlycollects Dept 56, knows that these ceramic/porcelain village houses have uneven hand painted paint lines of coloror stray brush marks,glazed over mold indents, uneven cut outs of moldetc., however exactly as made from day one.

Overall thisFarm house light up, isin good condition. Approx 8\" tall x 8 1/4\" long.
