Listing is for a Dept. 56 Snow Village \"Craftsman Cottage\", part of the American Architecture Series, # 5437-2. This cottage is in very good condition with no chips, cracks, scratches or discoloration. Because Dept. 56 houses/buildings are 3 dimensional and have so many nooks and crannies and colors I suppose one can overlook a flaw, but I do not believe I have. This house comes with its original Styrofoam container and cardboard sleeve, neither of which is very pretty. They are functional but they definitely show wear. This house will be shipped with a light cord.Please look at pictures well as I do not offer refunds and please email me with any questions.
