Brand New In The box Museum Type Dinosaur Egg Display Cases. I use them in My Home To Display My Hadrosaur and Raptor Eggs and Teeth. But they can also be used to Display a Large Megalodon Shark Tooth, Dinosaur tooth, Trilobites, and other Fossils. They look like a Million Bucks with an Egg Placed in Them. They look Elegant, Classy, and Beautiful when displayed making a strong focal point and guests notice them right away has been my experience with them. The outer case simply lifts on and off of the base. The Clear Acrylic Case has UV Protection From Sun Light. There is a mirror on the back wall for a look at the Entire Egg at a Glance, and Rubber Pads under the base to protect the surface area it\'s placed on. The outside measurements are 8\" Tall 8.3/4\" Wide and 8\" front to back. You loose one inch inside on height due to the pedestal platform being elevated. These Cases also Protect Eggs And Other Fossils From Dust. Dust is a Real Problem over time with Delicate Expensive Trilobites and Dinosaur Eggs or Any Fossil. Dust is a slow accumulation problem that is an enemy to fossils over time if they are open air displayed. These cases eliminate that problem completely as well as displaying them and that was important to me. I Pride Myself on the Care I Give to my Collections not to mention Fossils Cost a Lot of Money!! Just regular dusting of the outside case is all that\'s needed. The silver species tag I have in mine do \"Not\" come with these cases. I buy the tags on line.
