This is a pin given to employees of the Walt Disney World cast on their five year anniversary with the company. You can see the face and ears are gold but what I tried to capture in pictures but I don\'t think came thru is that there is a ruby red color between the ears that catches in the light. It\'s really pretty. I understand this pin was awarded in the late 70\'s early 80\'s and is now retired. It is a screw on pin back.
