ITEM IS BRAND NEW WITH NO PLAY. IT COMES FROM A SMOKE-FREE HOME AND HAS ALL OF ITS ORIGINAL TAGS. I TESTED THE FIGURE AND IT WORKS ABSOLUTELY FINE WITH NO ISSUES. I WAS ABLE TO HEAR MUSIC WHILE JACK DID HIS DANCING.
