I am the original owner of this collector's item. It is long sold out, since it was limited to 1,000 pieces and released around 2011. I have NEVER worn this hat, and it has been stored inside the box since I got it. No dust! Vinyl figure has also been kept in his plastic bubble for years! Looks like a little bit of the white hair is coming up on the back side of hat but isn't visible from the front if displayed. Horns are made of plush material!
