From Disney\'s The Little Mermaid this is Sea Witch Ursula from The Great Villains Collection. Doll is brand new in box never removed and is dated 1997, Box has some minor shelf wear. She also had a rubber binder you might see in the picture around her neck I think to hold her in place and it has dried up and is kind of hanging there.
