Returns:

Returns are accepted within 14 days. All shipping costs arepaid by buyer unless I have grossly miss represented the item. Best results for a speedy and pleasant return is to contact me first (please allow me approx. 24-48 hours to reply to your emailmessage).

All items are packaged very well and are handled gently by me. If item is glass, fragile and requires insurance the shipping quote for the item includes shipping insurance no additional fees will be due for insurance. In the event that the item is damaged through shipping it will be the responsibility of the buyer to take the item to the Post Office to file a claim to obtain a refund. It will be my responsibility to mail all completed forms to you to file the claim.
