c) Pre owned items are usually from my personal collection and are in excellent condition. Any flaws or noticeable wear will be noted and all items are sent out clean. On occasion a pre owned item may have a very tiny or light spot or a pulled threadthat is so small I might have missed it-since this is a pre owned item please be aware that this might possibly exist and that I would not consider it a \'misrepresentation\'

D) Please keep in mind that all clothing, shoes etc., even BRAND NEW items,may have a minor flaw of some sort- such as loose threads, shoes may have slight dust on the soles from being tried on in the store- pants, dresses and such may have light dust on the hem from hanging and being swept along the floor while they are displayed in the store- and this will be notated in the sale page if the condition exists

However I do not consider this to constitute the item as \'being dirty or worn\' and will not issue refunds for such

Pre owned items may show minute signs of normal wear, such as creases on leather shoes, again this is noted in the sale page and is not considered a \'flaw\' or misrepresentation-
