EARLY 19th Century CHILD\'S WINDSOR CHAIR 21\" High Traces of Original Paint:
$199.00

An original early Nineteenth Century Child\'s Windsor Chair.
The chair has been used and loved. It is strong and solid, easily suitable for daily use.
One-piece seat is 1 5/8\" thick.
By visual evidence, and to the best of my knowledge, the woods are:
Crest rail: Oak.Spindles: Hickory.Back posts, seat, legs and stretchers: Maple.
The maple seat, with internally socketed legs, indicates New England Origin.
It has been painted more than once in its life and bears traces of its paint history. the present finish is an old shellac.
OH: 21 1/2\"SH: 10 1/2\"SW: 11 1/2\"SD: 11 1/2\"
All four legs have been ended by approximately 1 1/2\"
The full-sized Windsor is for scale comparison and is not included.
This will be professionally packed and fully insured before being shipped to the winning buyer.
