DESIGN: A stylish and unusual early Brass Faries Industrial Machine Age Lamp circa 1900. The lamps arms adjust from the heavily weighted base via the main support tube with further position adjustment of the socket/shade assembly via the joint assembly at the socket. Manufactured completely of Solid Brass throughout (aside from the heavy cast iron inner base) with early marked Faries expansion collar shade.CONDITION: This unique lamp is in excellent original condition, completely intact andfully functional. Moderate finish wear and light patina to the Brass with no damage or repair issues aside from some edge bumps to the Brass base shroud. Original paddle switch socket has been inspected and is functional and safe, power cord has been replaced with braided cotton wrapped insulated wire. The Green enameled brass shade is fairly clean with just a few small dimples and patina finish wear to the painted surfaces from age and heat. The shades expansion collar fitter bears the manufactures mark as well as a patent date of May 10, 1898DIMENSIONS: The lamps stands 20\" in the shown fixed position and 14\" wide, the main extension arms i 12\" long and the shade is about 6.5\" in diameter…filament bulb are NOT included.DETAILS: All items packaged safely to professional standards for secure shipment, multiple purchases will be combined for shipping purposes when feasible.
