We only accept payment by PayPal. Domestic Shipping
First Class Shipping is free for all orders within The United States and Peurto Rico. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct when placing the order. Higher-end orders will require a signature, so please specify an address which you can be availible to recieve the package and sign for it; furthermore, if a PO Box is used as the shipping address, we reserve the right to ask for a physical address.
Expedited Domestic Shipping
Please contact us if you need expedited shipping we will quote you a shipping rate. Orders generally ship within 1 business day from when payment has cleared. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once shipped. Orders are guaranteed by business days(Saturday is not a business day). Shipping generally closes at 4PM EST. Please note: UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, so please give us a home or work address when shipping expedited.
International Shipping
The Watch Factory 31 does not charge duties for an international orders, all International orders are subject to applicable customs, and import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of you the customer. Please contact your local customs office for details.
Marking items as a Gift
Under federal law we cannot not mark an item for a lower price or as a \'\"gift.\" International Orders over $500.00 may ship via UPS and are subject to UPS Delivery Fees, in addition to all applicable duties and taxes. We do ship APO/FPO addresses but a limit of $2000, and all packages will ship via USPS. 14-Day Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items for an exchange or refund within 14 days, buyer pays return shipping.
Restocking Fee
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee unless other arrangements have been discussed prior to the return being sent in.
Return Eligibility
Items must be in new condition, meaning unworn with the original price tag (if applicable) intact. Conditions which will void your ability to return merchandise includes: Scratching, Breaking, Wearing items, Opening the inside of watch, Removing links, Removing the security tab on high-end items, or lastly, if the listing explicitly says in the description that the item cannot be returned.
Return Instructions
Before returning any item, you must message us to inform us of your return. Keep your purchase, accessories, security tags if provided, and all packing materials in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise. Items received \"Not as Described\"

The Watch Factory will service every watch sold in our store for up to 2 years after purchase. Unless otherwise stated in the description of the listing.
What does our warranty cover?
The warranty covers the servicing of watches that are not keeping proper time. Furthermore, although our warranty doesn\'t cover watch batteries, we do offer up to a 6 month battery replacement.
What does our warranty not cover?
Our warranty does not cover \"external damage,\" to the product, damage that occurs from having the watch serviced by a 3rd party, or any water damage as explained below:
External Damage
The Watch Factory does not service watches with any damages resulting from wear to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet/strap, watch bezel, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch.
3rd Party
Damage that occurs due to having the watch serviced by a third party null and voids the warranty from The Watch Factory 31. This limited warranty does not cover any damage if there is evidence of excessive wear and tear, or if used under conditions which exceed the watch manufacturer\'s water resistance guidelines. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty or any implied warranties.
Water Damage
No wristwatch is truly waterproof. Watches are resistant to water under certain specific conditions. If you use your watch within the water resistance limits specific by the manufacturer, you should get many years of dependable service from it.
To avoid damage to a diving watch, always be certain that the crown and case are locked or screwed down before submerging the watch in water. In addition, to prevent corrosion of sensitive watch materials, always clean the watch with freshwater after submerging in saltwater. Fast and Free shipping
