Shipping is extra to Hawaii and/or Alaska, please check before offerding.

All shipments are done by ground services through major carriers and are all insured unless otherwise noted.

Expedited shipping available for extra charge for most of our sales, please confirm on those charges prior to offerding, by e-mail.

Most sales can be arranged for Pick Up! Please confirm with us regarding pick-up options for each individual sale. Delivery services optional in Cleveland and surrounding area – inquire within.

Returns are available only if you have received an incorrect product or if it is defective (Does Not Apply to –AS IS- sales). A&G Office Furniture must be notified of this problem within 48hours from the delivery of the merchandise. All products must be returned within 7 business days.
Return Merchandise Authorization is required for defective product returns. Please contact us for RMA.
All defective items must be returned to us. All returns are customers responsibility please insure your return and make sure you have a tracking #.
Refunds are only provided if a product is defective, and a replacement is not available.
There is a 25% re-stocking fee for all non-defective returns.
We will always leave a positive response when it has been left for us.
