Click to Enlarge This is an exquisite antique French reliquary that dates from the early 1800s.I have left it just as I found it with a gold wire thread coil loop for hanging but that could be replaced with a ribbon if required.The outer frame is warm old gold with the passage of time and inside is old faded red silk with the printed words B. NATH.NAZ VWhen opened the was seal is all intact and untouched.Height to top of hanging ring 3.5cmsDiameter 2.5cmsThis is a genuine period reliquaire or reliquary full of faded grandeur for any collection or period displayI have one more from the same location listed in my other itemsAll the items in my listings, unless described otherwise, are either vintage or antique.
