You are looking at 4 Christmas band figurines. I would call the color a white lusterware with gold color instruments. They have a little bell attached to the top of their hats. They kind of look like a elf / fairy with their outfits. They are marked on bottom with the number 6307 made in Japan. They measure about 3 3/4\" tall. I have never seen a set like this and could not find them on the internet.
