Brand new, still in packaging.I\'m saying it\'s \"bag torn\" because the clear plastic bag that Eaglemoss ships in got torn as shown in last picture. It\'s pretty lame they don\'t do a better job of packaging (I think they are starting to now with newer products). Because they just ship in the plastic bag the magazine gets some wear and tear in transit as well.Anyway, the ship is perfect and the magazine probably has some wear and tear due to the fact EM ships in plastic bag. I will do a better job of securing for shipment to you.
