This beautiful seascape pastel drawing was done by listed artist H. MAYLATH (ref. \"Davenport Art Guide 2001/2002, page 1262, H. Maylath, 20th Century Landscapes, 20\" X 30\" pastel sold 2/21/91, James Gallery, $355!). It was framed under glass, so the drawing is in EXCELLENT condition with very minor edge wear that will be hidden by a new mat and frame, which may cover the signature in the lower left corner (see photo 3!)! It should also be sprayed with a fixative but I will leave that to the new owner! The frame was nothing special but solid so this is well preserved! I saved the sticker from the shop that framed this in the 1950\'s, \"Jacobson Picture Frame Co., 636 Grant Street, Pittsburgh 29, PA., ATlantic 1-2240!! The drawing is done on the back of an old cigar ad poster, and is approx. 32\" X 16\". I will wrap this in wax paper for shipping to prevent wear to the surface!!
