This is a rare & early ebony DCM designed by Charles & Ray Eames for Evans/Herman Miller. The chair is in good vintage condition with typical age related wear. The shockmounts on the backrest are original and still have plenty of life left in them. The seat shockmounts were in bad shape so they were carefully removed so that new ones can be glued on (leaving that up to the buyer). The back side of the backrest has a chip on the top edge. Easy repair but it\'s totally functional as is and I\'d prefer to leave it its original shape.
