This Mont Blanc is a pre/early WWII example dating from about 1938-41.It has the correct & unusual steel nib. The barrel transparency is excellent & it has been restored & draws water correctly. I would not, however, use this as a daily writer - parts are difficult to find. All of the imprints are strong. It measures just under 5\" capped. A great addition for that Mont Blanc collector
