This is an early gold filled Police/Councilman badge from Park Ridge New Jersey. It is an original obsolete badge and no longer used. It is a shirt/wallet size badge a little 1 1/2 inches tall. The pin and lock work fine. Says Councilman on top of the badge under the eagle and Police Park Ridge NJ under it. The back is stamped 1/15 10K GF. I start all my sales at $2.00.
