Early One! ANTIQUE c1880 Red & White Classic Basket QUILT

click picture to enlarge click picture to early quilt has a wonderful red fabric with a tiny black dot and print paired with an off white shirting print with a tiny black design.

The triangle pieces measure 2 1/8\" x 1 1/8\" and the little squares measure 1\" x 7/8\"

It is a summer weight quilt, little to no batting.

It is lightly hand quilted at 7-8 stitches per inch.

Hand bound.

It measures 80\" x 64\"

Some light age tanning and a few faint spots noted. 2 small seam openings. Very good condition, not laundered. (See photos.)

A beautiful, early quilt for the collector to cherish!
